I tried to cancel my order and get a refund, and it turned into such a mess. It felt like I was trapped in this endless back-and-forth with no clear answer. Replies took forever, and when someone did respond, it didn’t really help. I kept getting passed around and still ended up waiting way longer than I expected. Super frustrating experience, and I definitely won’t be using mthigh.com again...

For some reason, I expected this to be a lot better for the money. It felt way too expensive for what it was, the quality just wasn’t good...

I was hoping night skiing would be a fun change of pace, but it mostly just left me annoyed. The lighting felt uneven in a lot of spots, which made it harder to relax and enjoy the runs, and the lift lines dragged more than I expected. After making the drive out there, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.

I bought the pass thinking I’d be there all the time, but it didn’t feel like I got enough out of it for the price. A lot of the days were super crowded, and the runs felt too short to make it worth the hassle. I kind of wish I’d skipped it this season

We spent so much more time standing in lift lines than actually riding, and that ended up being the main thing I remember from the day. The runs were fine when we finally got on them, but the wait times were so long that it just didn’t feel worth it after a while. Kind of took the fun out of the whole trip for us

I went up to Mountain High after the last storm and had a good time. The snow was nice overall, especially in the morning on the groomers, and there were still some soft spots that made it easy to cruise around and get in a bunch of fun laps.

By the afternoon, it started getting icy in the shaded areas and a little slushy near the bottom, but that felt expected for the day. The worst of it was avoidable if you paid attention to where you were riding. Lines weren’t too bad either, so I’d give it 4 stars since it was a solid day, just not quite perfect.

Had kind of a stressful day on the hill, mostly because the safety situation felt a little loose. There were a few people bombing past beginner areas way too fast, and it didn’t really seem like anyone was stepping in much.
Anyway... when someone in our group got hurt, patrol did come over, but it took longer than we expected and felt a bit disorganized once they got there. The staff were friendly enough, but for a busy resort, I really thought the response would be quicker and more put together.

Went up to Mt High thinking the runs would be in better shape. Early in the day too, which made it more surprising. A bunch of the trails felt choppy, uneven, just not really smoothed out. Then you'd hit icy patches, then these random bumps that felt like the groomer barely went over them. I know weather can make things tough, totally get that. But for the price of the lift ticket, it just didn’t feel worth it. Staff was fine, no issue there. I just wish the trails had been groomed better

I was disappointed with the ski school. Compared to other lessons I’ve taken, the instructor didn’t seem very involved and barely helped us out. I expected a lot more guidance, especially as someone trying to improve.

Went to Mt. High hoping for a easy ski day, but the lift situation ended up being really frustrating. One lift kept stopping while we were waiting in line, and another was just closed with barely any clear info. I tried asking around and even called to get an update, but I just got transferred from one person to another, which made it more annoying.

I get that things break and weather can mess with operations, but it felt like half the day was spent waiting, walking around, or trying to figure out what was actually open. The snow was okay and the staff we talked to were nice enough, but the lift reliability and communication definitely need work

Ate there and was disappointed. The food came out cold, had barely any flavor, and somehow still cost way too much. What a joke, definitely not worth going back

I was, disappointed with the restroom here. It kind of looked like nobody had checked on it in a while—the trash was overflowing and the sinks were dirty. It just didn’t feel clean at all, you know? For a place customers are using, this feels like basic stuff. I probably wouldn’t stop here again unless they do a better job keeping it up.

I was disappointed with the advanced runs. They didn’t feel challenging enough, and after a little while the trails started to feel repetitive and boring. On top of that, the waiting around made the whole experience even more frustrating.

The snowmaking felt rough to me. I kept noticing bare patches all over the mountain, and the snow that was there felt icy and thin most of the day. It made it seem like conditions just weren’t being maintained very well.

I tried booking tickets on Mountain High i got annoyed fast. The pages were slow to load, my cart timed out once, and then I had to start all over again, which was the last thing I wanted to deal with. The date selection wasn’t very clear either, so that just added to the frustration. I did finally get the booking done, but the whole process felt way harder than it needed to be. Really hope they sort out the site soon

I went on a really busy day and the crowd control was a mess. There were lines everywhere, people kept cutting in, and the staff didn’t seem to know what was going on. I got tired of having to ask the same questions and explain the same situation over and over just to figure out where to go. It made the whole experience frustrating instead of fun, and I left annoyed.

The lodge felt dirty when we got there, and there was a weird smell in the room. I don’t want to be too harsh because the staff seemed nice enough, but it wasn’t a place I’d choose to stay again

I ordered from mthigh.com, the product itself was okay. Nothing amazing, but it was fine for what I expected.

The main issue was the customer service. I sent them a question about my order, and it took a few days to hear back. When they finally replied, it felt like they didn’t really read what I wrote.

It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I did expect better support. i probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they improve how they handle customer questions...

The runs all started to feel pretty much the same after a while, so I got bored quicker than I expected. It felt like a preventable issue if there had just been a bit more terrain to choose from.

I still feel like the ticket prices are way too high, and I wasn’t thrilled about paying that much. That said, I ended up going anyway and I guess it’s just kind of what things cost now
